Her original role was to assist with designing brochures and other print materials. Given that she is a high school student, we have been very pleased with her commitment. For this reason, in May 2020, we asked her if she wanted to fill a newly created position, Volunteer Coordinator. Justyn jumped into the position with both feet and has put tremendous effort into a very difficult role. The provisions of this agreement are severable, and if any provisions of this Agreement shall be determined to be invalid or unenforceable under any controlling body of the law, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not in any way affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions hereof. 15. Force Majeure The Company shall not be liable because of any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations on account of strikes, shortages, failure of suppliers, riots, insurrection, fires, floods, storms, earthquakes, acts of God, war, governmental action, labor conditions or any other cause which is beyond the reasonable control of the Company. 16. Statute of Limitations You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the Agreement or the Company must be filed within one (1) year after such cause of action arose, or you will be forever barred.
